Because our products (pickles, snacks, and sweets) are perishable food items prepared with care and fresh ingredients, specific guidelines apply to order cancellations and returns.

1. Order Cancellation
You can’t cancel your order after placing order.

2. Returns & Replacement Policy
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on food products once delivered.

3. Refund Timeline
No refunds, If in any special case of refund is approved then the refunds will be credited back to your original payment source (UPI / Bank Account) within 5–7 business days.
